last year, efforts to establish unity among leaders of peace
organizations
and the interfaith community have failed to yield the substantive
action
necessary to address the cycle of violence currently spiraling to new
levels.
- Global Youth Initiative Focuses On Sustainable Peace:
As terrorism threatens every society and
the world takes action, we all must be reminded of the need to address
the conditions that permit the growth of such hatred and depravity.
Youth programs across the globe are being invited to participate in a
campaign to encourage elected officials, grass roots organizations and
members of their communities to both review and support the
International Interfaith Peace Declaration.

- International Interfaith Peace Declaration The
recent deterioration of peace negotiations, escalation of violence in
the Middle East and challenges associated with the global war against
terrorism has inspired the construction of an International Interfaith
Peace Declaration.
- Forum
for World Peace: A global communication network developed in accordance with
Article 7 of the International Interfaith Peace Declaration to
facilitate dialogue among leaders and representatives of the major
faith groups, interfaith organizations,
intergovernmental, NGO's, diplomatic contacts, newspaper,
radio and television, corporate and community action organizations in
approximately 195 countries.
- Humanitarian
Resource Institute Expands Legal Resource Center Access academic
publications, treaties, conventions and materials associated with study
of international law. Includes information on the Dialogue
on Freedom: American Bar Association Initiative
- Remember The People: World Trade Center/Pentagon
